This piece began its life as an oak wine barrel, once used to age and deepen the character of wine. After years of quiet service, the barrel was carefully restored and given a new purpose — one that still celebrates gathering, conversation, and shared moments.

The wood was cleaned, refinished, and preserved to honour its original form. A round tempered glass top allows the beauty of the barrel to remain visible while warm fairy lights glow softly within, creating a gentle light reminiscent of candlelit cellars and evening tastings.
